I believe that we are now in a position to push the MIR's for xmlbeans
and saxonb for Natty;  These are both required to support enabling E4X
support (see bug 304702) in rhino which was disabled at the end of the
Maverick release cycle to remove this dependency.  Both are currently
present in universe.

This process is slightly complicated that xmlbeans depends on itself to
build (don't you just love code generation languages) so it will need to
be manually built in main.
