Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

The KWin Global Keyboard Shortcuts:
- Pack Window Down
- Pack Window Up
- Pack Window to the Left
- Pack Window to the Right
no longer work after upgrading from kubuntu 10.04 to kubuntu 10.10.

After the upgrade when pressing the keys assigned to these functions
they do nothing. They do not move the window in the expected direction.

This problem has been observed on several computers after the upgrade upgrade
to kubuntu 10.10.
Re-assigning the shortcuts to different keys didn't fix the problem.
