Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libatlas3gf-sse2

When upgrading from Lemur to Meerkat, the /etc/alternatives links for
the SSE2 Atlas libraries were not updated. (The libraries were moved by
the upgrade.) The problem showed up as missing libraries when I tried
to link against them. Both the BLAS and LAPACK libraries were affected.
Fixing the alternatives by hand cured the problem.

[Note: This bug report was not filed from the upgraded machine. Sorry,
can't file from there directly.]

For whatever else it's worth, the new libraries appear to work. Could
someone please do whatever it takes to fix the 10.04 libraries?
