I opened this with both evince and with Adobe Reader 9 (version 9.3.4) on Maverick Meerkat. For both programs, text inserted in the field below Vertragsnummer seems to be about half or so what it should be. So this PDF not only does not display with Evince on Meerkat, it does not display with Adobe Reader 9 on Meerkat.
