Binary package hint: gtk-recordmydesktop
All recorded video has left top and bottom 20px.
That's why they always should be cropped in other video editors.
For example, in my case, recorded application (window) was recorded also
a part of top and bottom GNOME panel (20px from top and 20px from
buttom).
