Another update, after searching and reading a few things related to that issue, 
I tried to add 'nohz=off' as a parameter in grub. It fixes the issue and 
glxgears is totally smooth and sync at 60hz.
Now, I suppose it is really a workaround and does not actually fix the bug. 
However I would be glad to know the consequences. I suppose it will increase 
the power consumption and decrease the battery length. Am I right ?
