Details: On my ACER Extensa 5220 first installation of 10.04 at August 2010 with automatic update same day. After this first installation, never updated. Gnome active Yesterday updated. Result: MousePad locked Keyboard locked USB Mouse OK I cannot login (unable to digit my password) If i change keyboard type or language settings (with USB Mouse) the dropdown list of availables choices not close when focus lost.
