I'm just wonder why the Ubuntu One is not work trough proxy since I can sync Tomboy Notes with my the Ubuntu One account.
Just follow instructions found here and Hip hurray, you can sync Tomboy notes from computer which behind of proxy wall... So what are reason this can't to make happend also rest of Ubuntu One services?
