Can confirm this bug in Maverick. This happens when copying some sort of big files from ext4 to ntfs , also when Transmission saves something to ntfs partition. The GUI becomes completely unusable, it freezes till the end of copying or finishing download in Transmission, but still I can use console. I didn't notice such behavior of ntfs-3g in Lucid. What kind of additional info should I post to help solve this bug?
