The issue seems to be in these lines of zh_CN.po (310-317):

msgstr "缩小时平滑图像(_I)"

#: ../data/eog-preferences-dialog.ui.h:17
msgid "Smooth images when zoomed-_out"
msgstr "放大时平滑图像(_O)"
The first one (zoomed-in) should be "when enlarged". Given the comments
of the OP, these two strings have to be swapped.
