Reconfirmed in Xubuntu Feisty (latest updates from unstable
multiverse/universe).

Making a vertical panel. adding CPU Graph to it and then changing the
mode to "Normal" does the same. It freezes after the first picture has
been rendered.

The cpugraph can be stopped/removed by pressing Alt+F2 and running this
command: killall xfce4-cpugraph-plugin
