hi, thanks and i understand. i have some questions though. i am running a stable release and follow the instruction to enable apport. what do i need to do now? i am running with gnome but did not find a folder called "/var/crash". so, how can i send the report.
there was no crash generated when this error occurred so i manually did the report from help/report a problem. what can i do now? thanks for help.
