That's ok, I can understand proposing a normal user to use Ubuntu if he can't get his printer to work, but how can I tell a normal user to use Ubuntu if he cannot shutdown his computer? However, I am not affected by this bug anymore, even if I can't tell you why... anyone wondered if changing the icons in the toolbar was the way to reproduce the bug?
