Ubuntu 10.04 Firefox 3.6.12pre Step to reproduce: 1)open firefox 2)go to some site (e.g. http://launchpad.net) 3)drag the site favicon on the panel and wait until firefox will show tooltip with information about bookmark that is already on the page. Tooltip will be shown over the bookmarks panel 4)drop favicon on the bookmark panel in the place, where it's under the toolip Result: bookmark won't be added.
