Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: usb-creator

using the 10.10 desktop iso and a 4.2GB USB stick, I select the
partition on the stick to use, the iso source, erase the stick and then
click to create the boot-usb, it copies some files and then aborts; the
pop-up only says there has been an uncaught exception, Errno 5,
Input/output error.
