Public bug reported:
When installing Kubuntu Maverick from USB on EeePC 701 the installation
process stops to a blank screen around 77% after reporting: "Configuring
APT"
I also tried to install after first booting from usb and in that case it
crashes the x-server and I get the login screen with "ubuntu" username.
Instalation from the same stick on my HP laptop went smooth.
