I am experiencing this bug using Microsoft Wired Keyboard 600. It occurs both after upgrading from 10.04 to 10.10 and after doing a fresh install of 10.10, both scenarios were all 64 bit. I'm using Microsoft Basic Optical Mouse v2.0.
