I upgraded from ubuntu 10.04 LTS desktop edition to 10.10 this morning 
(2010/10/12)
pressed alt + F2
key in
update-manager -d
found out the release note as follows:

This is still a RELEASE-CANDIDATE release.
Do not install it on production machines.

Is this only release note stayed unchanged ?
