Public bug reported: In Ubuntu Lucid (using UNE), when I switch to a tty (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+F1) and come back to X (with Ctrl+Alt+F8), the gdm session is lost and I get a gdm login screen again.
I also get the same issue when putting the computer to sleep (using suspend). When the computer wakes up from suspend, I get a gdm login screen, even if the sleep was triggered from within an open session. This is on a Dell Mini10 with Ubuntu Lucid i386. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- When switching to a tty, the gdm session is lost upon coming back to X https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/657460 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
