This bug can be reproduced by signing in to an IM account using Empathy
(in my case MSN and Facebook Chat) and selecting the desired status to
be 'Invisible' from the Indicator Applet Session Utility. Instead of
switching to the 'Invisible' status as expected, both the applet and the
main Empathy windows show it as 'Busy', however the status will change
to 'Invisible' when changes through Empathy. When the status is changed
to Invisible through Empathy, the applet will update itself to invisible
as it should. I tried this with Pidgin, and it worked as it should (I
could change my status to Invisible through the applet).

It is also not possible to change to status after accounts have been
logged out of (either through the applet or through the client) as the
other statuses are greyed out and cannot be selected. The only way it
can be changed is by manually logging on through the client window.

-Ubuntu Maverick RC x86_64.
