Public bug reported: Binary package hint: koffice
Kexi crashes when trying to create a text field in the form editor. I opened Kexi in a Tilda terminal. I opened a new form. I tried to create a text field in this new form by drag-and-drop. Kexi crashed. This is what the terminal put out: "~$ kexi QLayout: Attempting to add QLayout "" to KexiFormView "Entwurfsansicht_for_fm2begriffe2000_object", which already has a layout kexi(16152)/kexi (general) KFormDesigner::FormIO::loadFormFromDom: original format is older than current: 2 kexi(16152)/KexiDB KexiDB::Connection::querySingleRecordInternal: Connection::querySingleRecord(): !cursor->moveFirst() || cursor->eof() || cursor->storeCurrentRow(data) m_sql= "SELECT o_id, o_type, o_name, o_caption, o_desc FROM kexi__objects WHERE lower(o_name)='' AND o_type=2 LIMIT 1" kexi(16152)/KexiDB KexiDB::TableOrQuerySchema::TableOrQuerySchema: TableOrQuery(Connection *conn, const QByteArray& name, bool table) : no query specified! kexi(16152)/KexiDB KexiDB::Connection::querySingleRecordInternal: Connection::querySingleRecord(): !cursor->moveFirst() || cursor->eof() || cursor->storeCurrentRow(data) m_sql= "SELECT o_id, o_type, o_name, o_caption, o_desc FROM kexi__objects WHERE lower(o_name)='' AND o_type=2 LIMIT 1" kexi(16152)/KexiDB KexiDB::TableOrQuerySchema::TableOrQuerySchema: TableOrQuery(Connection *conn, const QByteArray& name, bool table) : no query specified! Segmentation fault" What do I expect? No segmentation fault but rather the creation of a text field.
