It happens the first time I start up my machine, open firefox, and go to the outlook website. It does happen consistently when I choose a new firefox session the first time. I upgraded the ubuntu-desktop recently and it still happens. The bug I think is with the popup box used for authentication. When the browser crashes it never displays the authentication popup where I'm able to type in my credentials. I would guess it has something to do with the initial handshake made w/Windows.
