Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

Update manager says that the last time my package information was updated was
13 days ago, even if I made it update right before. This causes an icon to
appear in the notification area telling me my update information is not
up-to-date.
Everything else works: new updates are found and I can install them.
