Hi Andy, thanks for reporting. Unfortunately, there are a couple issues with your report. The first is that you've inadvertently reported the bug against "yelp", the Ubuntu help application, when the issue is with other programs. Second, we cannot accept a report which addresses issues with multiple programs since there is no way for the developers of the individual applications to track the report.
Please ensure you have installed all available updates from the System > Administration > Update Manager menu. If you are still experiencing issues, feel free to report a bug against each of the affected applications.
