If package upgrades have fixed the issue, don't worry about it. Between
the facts that you suggest the trouble has vanished and that there isn't
sufficient information here to diagnose the issue, I'm marking this bug
Invalid. Please do reopen it if the problem reappears.
One more thing - in future, could you put the body of the information

When I log out of 10.10 xorg maxes out my CPU every time it happens after i
restart1 in 5 times sometimes more often i have the most up to date graphics
driver and the recommended one enabled sometimes happens also when mousing over
the cairo-dock i have a 1GB Nvidi Geforce GT240M graphics card and 2.2Ghz Intel
T6600 Core 2 Duo Processor 4GB of ram
