Hello Walter, thank you for taking the time to file this report and help
make Ubuntu better.

I believe there is a problem with your downloaded packages. You should
try to clear your cache and then re-attempt the package upgrades or
installations you were attempting again.

Run

apt-get clean

To clear the cache entirely.

Closing this bug as Invalid, as there is no software bug here, just
corrupt files on disk.
