Sorry, I had a confusion, but there is something weird going on. Correction: /sys/bus/acpi/devices/acpi/ is linked to /sys/devices/acpi/
In /sys/devices/acpi there are two links (bus/ and subsystem/) that link to /sys/bus/acpi So you can CD to: /sys/devices/acpi/bus/devices/acpi/bus/devices/acpi/bus/devices/acpi/bus/devices/acpi ..... So there is some recursive linking going on here. I'm not sure whether this is related or not tho.
