It's raid "0 + 1". I've 4 identical discs. There is stripe across the disks (raid 0) which is then mirrored (raid1). That's normal configuration for that "old" nvidia chip and called as raid 0+1 to my knowledge. As far I understand the -0 and -1 are the heads of those stripes.
