After thinking it was a problem with Gnomecc, I reverted everything back to normal, and then the desktop freaked out, going from a gray color without icons to a black desktop with icons. It did this about 20 times until the desktop, I assume, crashed. I have a picture attached.
I also branched off the current RGBA-GTK Nautilus and built it thinking that was the problem.
