This is a bug fix only release, the current version (0.9.1-1) is broken
because Arte broke it's API.
In this case, the plugin was supposed to fallback on an other feed, but
it did not work. This fallback process is also fixed in this new
version, so the plugin is more bullet-proof now.
The 'debug messages' stuff currently changes nothing for Debian/Ubuntu
users, so no need to worry about it.
The package build and upgrade well. It is already in my PPA and, so far, users
confirmed that the plugin is usable again and they did not point me any
regression.
