Public bug reported:

I installed a maverick beta system for the Korean locale.

I found that the system is in an inconsistent state language-wise.

한국어(대한민국) is Korean (Republic of Korea)

Picture 1 shows the login screen: the locale is indicated as being
Picture 2 shows the language support screen : it indicates that language
support is incorrectly installed(this should not be the default state... but it
is after fresh install) moreover, clicking install asks for authentication and
subsequently does nothing.
Picture 3 shows further exploration: 한국어(대한민국) is selected (As I selected so
during installation)
however 한국어(Korean) is not among the "installed languages"
The time appears to be in Korean, except all other system menus.

Summary
Expected:
A properly configured language state after selecting a specific country(대한민국)
during installation.
Got:
An inconsistent language state with only limited parts of the system in the
desired language(Korean).
Reproduction:
Install maverick beta selecting (대한민국 which is 4th from the last one)during
installation.

Further action:

I'll use the update manager and see if this helps.
