I have a Dell Optiplex 980 and have the same issue with the front jacks not playing audio.
The David Henningsson HDA_Analyzer (setting the Active Audio Mixer to 0x0c) works BUT on PIN 0x21. 0x21 is: Jack Type: HP Out Location: Front After restart the problem persist and I am just afraid to try the Patch File..
