Public bug reported:

I downloaded the 10.10 UNE beta and put it on a USB stick then tried to
install it on my EeePC 8G. When I chose 'install' at the first screen,
I was treated to a large window with the title 'Install' and 'Warning'
in large font, then a bunch of text that was mostly* bolded that started
with "This is a pre-release of the Ubuntu-Netbook 10.10 live UB disk
installer." The whitespace above and below the two paragraphs made the
window so large that I cannot see the bottom of the window on my screen,
thus making it impossible for me to click 'ok', even if I grab the title
bar and move it to the top of the screen.

Take out the unnecessary white space and this instance of the problem
should go away. Test on a smaller screen and this entire problem should
go away.

*the last two words of the two-paragraph warning were not bolded --
"this program." only had the t bolded, but that's not a functionality
issue so I won't file a separate bug.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
