Public bug reported: Binary package hint: linux-image
Description: Ubuntu maverick (development branch) Release: 10.10 linux-image-2.6.35-21-generic 64-bit suspend worked perfectly on Lucid; after upgrading to Maverick it works once after booting, but fails on subsequent attempts. The suspend process begins and then switches over to resume. In the attached /var/log/messages, the suspend/resume tagged mostly as Sep 19 07:43:04 was successful; the one tagged Sep 19 07:43:34 aborted and went into resume. One difference in the latter is Sep 19 07:43:34 manini kernel: [ 2059.340041] psmouse.c: Failed to disable mouse on synaptics-pt/serio0 ** Affects: linux-meta (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Maverick beta: suspend only works once after boot on Thinkpad T60 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/642996 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
