Public bug reported:
* Measure temperature under OS X, e.g. Temperature Monitor
* Have the Mini running for a while at least an hour and remember the hard
drive's temperature, in my case 47°C (117°F)
* Boot Ubuntu Dapper, keep it running for another hour
* Check the temperature (smartctl -a /dev/sda). Here: 54°C (129°F)
The CPU temperature under Linux is about the same as with OS X. I
suspect that OS X controls the fans differently (or at all?).
