with Ubuntu 10.04: 1) the gnome-terminal and nautilus windows are restored not iconized, if they were iconized at shutdown time. 2) the application position inside task bar are not restored in the correct order (are always swapped) 3) Mozilla windows are all restored on the first desktop, even if they are in other desktops at shut down time.
