Ok, I realize I didn't explain very well the problem, so I reformulate it: when I boot my system, knetworkmanager is set by default in offline mode (since I had problems with previous versions of knetworkmanager to manage my two different static ip configurations depending on my location, home or work), and then I set up my static connection with netgo. After that, if I try to browse the web with konqueror, I get error connecting (for example I get "Could not connect to host http://www.kernel.org/."), while I can connect using ftp protocol inside konqueror (that is ftp://ftp.kernel.org works), and some other applications that use the network (that is for example thunderbird, amarok) work too. If then I completely shut down knetworkmanager, then http works inside konqueror too (that is for example http://www.kernel.org works now). Hope that can help.
