I'm really sorry, but the pulse was not too verbose. It said only this: I: main.c: Daemon startup successful. By the way I upload the file.
I checked three or four times the web page you've said (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PulseAudio/Log) for being sure I missed nothing but I couldn't make pulse tell more. The linux-alsa-driver-module package at me now is: linux-alsa-driver-modules-2.6.32-24-generic the answer for uname -r command is: 2.6.32-24-generic And at my software sources there is this: http://ppa.launchpad.net /ubuntu-audio-dev/ppa/ubuntu So I think this package is the one (I've rebooted after installation) Any idea how I could get more information? Thanks again! ** Attachment added: "pulseverbose.log created by instructions here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PulseAudio/Log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/635967/+attachment/1576043/+files/pulseverbose.log -- [HDA-Intel - HDA Intel] ALSA test tone not correctly played back (bass channel is dead) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/635967 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
