Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: plymouth

I am running ubuntu minimal 10.10 to which I have created a custom
upstart job to start x-server and then mythtv frontend at the end of the
boot. I wanted to have plymouth during the boot and installed the
package and set the theme with update-alternatives. Everything seemed to
go fine except that there is no trace of plymouth during boot.
