Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

After downloading T3, I cannot open it. Using Ubuntu 9.10, the opening
screen requires a nonexistent password. T3 is now useless to me. After
reinstalling T2, I get the same error. Some less-than-helpful
suggestions have involved being in T3 to perform them, which I obviously
can't do. I have been told to delete the key3.db key, but I don't know
how to do that. I have been told to go to Tools/Error Console/, type in
specific code and press Evaluate/OK. That doesn't work, either.

I am waiting for the next upgrade, hoping they will have fixed this by
then.
