Can confirm in up to date Maverick.

To reproduce:
1) open guake - (note the transparency of the window).
2) insert new tab.

The new tab should have the same level of transparency as the first tab,
instead it is completely opaque.

Could this be something to do with compiz? Obviously without Compiz
running there is no transparency in any of the tabs as there is no
compositing.
