Public bug reported: Binary package hint: pulseaudio
Hello, a few weeks ago we had requested to the pulse audio maintainers a new feature in pulse config that would allow to create a package that would drop additional configuration files. In its initial implementation, there is only 1 configuration file (default.pa) which is 'owned' by the pulseaudio package, as such it is difficult to customize this file. This new feature has been committed in upstream pulse this weekend, and has been pulled in the pulseaudio trunk on launchpad, see http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~crimsun/pulseaudio/trunk/revision/3523. With this new commit, if we just put a ".include /etc/pulse/default.d" in the default.pa then all the *.pa files therein will be parsed. Is there any chance this commit can be pulled in for 10.10? That includes adding the ".include /etc/pulse/default.d" in default.pa too. ** Affects: pulseaudio (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Include several configuration files https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/631362 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
