Public bug reported:

Having upgraded from Lucid 10.04 to Maverick 10.10 beta, if I select the
"Help and Support" option from the desktop, the window frame opens, but
no options are displayed on the frame. Instead small white frame boxes
are displayed that contain a group of six digits (two rows of three
digits in each box). To close the frame, have to perform right clock
on task bar, and close the app.
