Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

Upgraded from 10.04 to 10.10 beta, and whenever I start Empathy, it
always goes fullscreen. I cannot minimise it into the standard size
window on the desktop. Was working okay before the upgrade. Also,
haven't got any "close", "minimise" or "maximise" buttons visible in any
of the window frames.
