The RT2870STA driver is present in the staging folder but won't work with the v2. The driver doesn't recognize the 1737:0078 device. After downloading and installing the RT2870STA driver RaLink, still no success. Because I modified the rtusb_dev_id.c file, the driver does associate with the device but it doesn't work properly. It can't see any AP's to associate with and manual association fails. In the end, I got the WUSB100v2 working with the RT3070STA driver from RaLink, which has a nickname RT2870. Modified the rtusb_dev_id.c file to add the 1737:0078. Works like a charm.
