I have the same problem; my printer prints out a page when trying to
print an affected PDF which reads:
PCL XL Error
Subsystem: KERNEL
Error: MissingData
Operator: ReadImage
Position: 15
This is with a Brother HL-2170W laser printer, with the PPD generated by
foomatic. I'm also running lucid, and can reproduce the issue on both
x86 and x86_64 systems (netbook and workstation, respectively).
