I have just installed the file-roller package from Maverick, and the same error occurs. Could someone tell if there is a package from launchpad, or somewhere else to try that fixes this annoying error? this error is especially annoying in languages other than English because of the accent marks like á,é,í, ó, ú, or ñ, that are very frequent in file names.
