This indeed seems like a BIOS issue. In particular, if both keys send
the same scan code, then there's not much we can do about it in the
software stack, I'm afraid. Do you also get those kernel messages in the
cases where it's not affected by the Windows 7 boot?

BTW, 0xe077 has got nothing to do with the e077 unicode character
(hangul hanja); it's an arbitrary numbering of the keys in the keyboard,
a so-called "scan code".
