Description:    Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS

Sometimes on booting of Ubuntu it crashes while loading
I turned off splash but I have no time to read what is written in console. 
Computer shutdown at all and I need to press power button  and select from grub 
ubuntu again.

in dmesg I found following:

full dmesg log find in attach
Note that that is all occur randomly and unexpectedly
