I agree with #10. On the netbook edition this is just eating up valuable space. Its particularly annoying if you have no interest in that "social network" stuff at all. I'd be alright with it being just an icon.. but for me it can be removed/hidden completely as i see absolutely no use in changing my "status" nor any of the integration with any program that can do that.. In my opinion forcing something like this on a user is never good.. even if 90% of the users do like it.
